Sunday Mornings We provide age appropriate activities for children birth thru 5th grade during both of the Sunday morning worship celebrations.
- NURSERY - For children born after April 1st, 2009.
- PRESCHOOL - For children born before March 31st, 2009 and not yet in kindergarten.
- ELEMENTARY - for children in kindergarten thru 5th grade.
- Our classrooms are staffed with caring adult volunteers and youth assistants who love the Lord and desire to help kids know Jesus and grow in a relationship with Him.
- We love kids at First Church of God and to prove it we have classrooms designed just for kids with age appropriate toys and furnishings.
- We desire to point each child towards Jesus Christ and teach that the Bible is the road map to follow each day.
- Our passion is to see kids learn who Jesus is, what He did for us, and how He can change our lives forever when we choose to follow Him.

January - GAME ON! God speaks to us through His Word on the topic of self-control. Are we choosing to do what we should do and not what we want to do? Are we choosing what is wise instead of what is easy?
February - THE ULTIMATE CHALLENGE. God will challenge us regarding honor - letting someone know we see how valuable they really are.
March - ROOTED. God talks to us about being "rooted" and standing strong in His truth.
Connecting with Kids Join us this year in children’s ministry as we connect kids to God and to others. From greeting, to leading a small group, to organizing snacks and supplies, there is a place for you to serve on one of our teams in Kids Connection this year. Registration FormTYKETOWN - Children connect to the Bible and God’s love through music, lesson, small group time, and play! (Tyketown is available for parents of infant, toddlers, and two year olds who are involved in an adult group or serving in a ministry. Tyketown is open to all 3, 4, and 5 year olds.)
SONLIGHT CLUB - Children in K - 3rd grades are challenged to “Be a light for Jesus” in their everyday lives. Large group time includes fun, active music and a lesson from God’s word. The evening ends in small group time with snacks, prayer, scripture memorization, and a challenge to apply the Bible to everyday life. Winter/Spring Schedule 2012
GIRLS OF GRACE - Girls in 4th and 5th grades connect to God and to others through GRACE group time, lessons, and special activities like crafts, gym time, and worship. Each week also includes an opportunity for the girls to serve others in our church, in our community, or around the world. 2012 Schedule
GUYS FOR GOD - Boys in 4th and 5th grades connect to God by learning more about the Bible and how to apply it to their lives at home, school, and play. They connect to others through play and small group discussions and prayer.
Bear Lake Camp Bear Lake Camp in Albion, Indiana is centered around each camper having fun, being challenged, experiencing God’s love though a dedicated, trained, and caring staff, and through integrating God’s word into every aspect of life.
